Operational Process:
Material Preparation: We thoroughly prepare clay-based materials, ensuring proper drying and removal of contaminants.
Activation: We subject the clay to heat treatment in a furnace, usually at temperatures between 400°C to 700°C, to enhance its adsorption capacity.
Mixing: We blend activated clay with oil or fat to facilitate impurity adsorption.
Contacting Phase: We vigorously stir the mixture to ensure optimal interaction between activated clay and the oil/fat.
