Operational Process:
Material Preparation: Clay-based materials are thoroughly dried, and contaminants are removed.
Activation: We heat-treat the clay in a furnace at temperatures ranging from 400°C to 700°C, enhancing its adsorption properties.
Mixing: We mix the activated clay with oil or fat to facilitate the removal of impurities.
Contacting Phase: Vigorous mixing ensures optimal interaction between the activated clay and the oil/fat.
Filtration: We separate impurities from the purified oil/fat using pressure or vacuum filtration methods.
