Process:
The pyrolysis process involves subjecting the agro-waste to high temperatures in the absence of oxygen, leading to the breakdown of organic materials into gases, liquids, and char.
Analysis shows that increasing the pyrolysis temperature results in higher yields of pyrolytic gas and tar, while solid product yields decrease, and char concentration increases.
Liquid product yields exhibit a similar trend to gas yields, with the highest tar content (57%) achieved at 600 °C.
