An AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Block Plant is a manufacturing facility designed to produce AAC blocks, which are lightweight, precast construction materials with excellent thermal insulation, soundproofing, and fire resistance properties.
The construction industry extensively uses these blocks to build walls, partitions, and other structural elements, offering a sustainable and energy-efficient alternative to traditional bricks and concrete blocks.
Process:
Mixing: We blend raw materials with water and a foaming agent.
Casting: We pour the mixture into molds and allow it to set.
Autoclaving: We cure the blocks in high-pressure steam chambers.
Cutting: Blocks are removed from molds and cut to size
Finishing: Blocks are smoothed and packaged for shipping
