AAC blocks are manufactured using a mixture of finely ground silica sand, cement, lime, gypsum, aluminum powder, and water.

Process of AAC Block:


Raw Material Preparation: Store fly ash, lime, and gypsum after milling to a fineness of 200 mesh.
Mixing: Combine fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum, and water in a mixing pot after batching.
Slurry Preparation: Heat the slurry to 40-50 degrees Celsius using steam, then mix with aluminum powder for 1 minute.
Moulding: Pour the slurry into moulds and allow it to froth in a curing room for 2-2.5 hours.
Cutting: Cut the cured slurry into blocks of required size using a cutter and place them on a trolley.
Autoclave Curing: Place the trolley into an autoclave for autoclaved curing, including vacuum, pressure rise, pressure maintenance at 1.2 MPa, and pressure reduction, lasting approximately 8 hours.
Product Finishing: Stack the cured products after autoclaving, and recycle scrap and wastewater from production processes.
