Process:
The production of AAC blocks involves curing in an autoclave, a large pressure vessel.
The autoclave typically measures 1.6 meters in diameter and 31 meters in length, with steam fed at a pressure of 800 kPa and temperature of 180°C.
The production process involves mixing cement, lime, sand, and aluminum powder to create a slurry that forms the cellular structure of the blocks.
